• • Upon receiving a written application, acknowledgement will be issued within 24 hours.

• • After evaluation of application, a determination will be made whether this applicant’s request falls under my certification and/or regional area of jurisdiction.

• • Either an acceptance or rejection of the applicant’s request will be issued and conveyed shortly thereafter.

• • Upon acceptance of the application, an appointment will be scheduled and an inspection performed at the site.

• • The appointment time will always be within a 2 hour window on an agreed upon date.

• • If for some unforeseen reason the appointment time or date cannot be kept, a best attempt will be made to contact the applicant using any and all means available.

• • If faults are detected, a list of the defects and suggestions for corrections will be forwarded to the applicant.

• • After a successful passing inspection, a Certificate of Compliance will be issued to the applicant for their records.

• • The applicant will remain in the loop at all times.
